Challenge: Camp NaNo: Day 11: Oh a Protagonist’s Life

April 11

Keagan threw Veil a smile.  “Stop thinking the world revolves around you,” he suggested.  “Maybe then it won’t, and we can all go back to living our lives.”

“If only it were that simple,” Veil grumbled.

Oh the life of a protagonist….

What else distracted me: Being at Barnes & Noble 3.5 hours before my shift was a distraction today (all those books…) as was today’s Legal Theft project.  I had forgotten we’d scheduled a Google Hangout tonight.  The remainder of my night was consumed by friends.  I am so glad I wrote through all my breaks at work.

About Kathryn

My love of books has been carefully cultivated by the adults who raised me and also by the friends who love to share. My life has led me down long library shelves, to online forums, fanfiction sites, the front of a lecture hall, and into the desks of college classrooms. With an English degree and a couple master’s classes in Children’s Literature, I am now a bookseller for Barnes & Noble. I have been an editor for Wizarding Life Networks (the people who brought you Wizarding Life, Panem October, and MyHogwarts now HogwartsIsHere).
